Information About

Smart Points of Interest is an open dataset published as Linked Open Data. It contains more than 33 million points of interest over the whole world. Data are acquired from public resources (open data) and data from partners of cooperating projects such as SDI4Apps, Peregrinus Silva Bohemica project and others. Data are divided into thematic groups. The structure of SPOI is described in the SPOI Ontology.

Smart Points of Interest are stored in a form of RDF triples and are publicly available through a SPARQL endpoint hosted by FOODIE Cloud.
